JANUARY mentoring month   

Most mentoring programs are designed for the benefit of mentees, and they encourage participants to come into a relationship with specific goals and expectations. Depression, poverty, isolation and other contributing factors can be the result of a lack of meaningful inclusion in education and employment opportunities. Mentoring is often thought of as a tool for at risk high-schoolers, but can be helpful to our veterans, the disabled, caregivers and others facing pre-existing conditions and adaptive lifestyles.
